THE BRIEF — A fashion e-commerce needs the same model, the same build and the same light, across hundreds of garments and for months. In traditional production that depends on one person’s availability, calendar and contract.
 
THE PRODUCTION — Consistent digital models, reusable across the whole collection. A set of standard poses and framings for the product page. Casting variations in age, build and complexion on the same set-up.
 
THE METHOD — A digital model is not there to replace a person: it is there to remove from production the variable that breaks a catalogue’s consistency. Once defined, the model stays identical for the whole season, and the collection reads as a collection.
