In beauty, the skin is the product. It has to look real before it can look desirable.
THE BRIEF
In beauty, an image has to do two contradictory things: show believable skin and show a desirable result. Traditional retouching solves the second by destroying the first. The brand needed a visual language that could hold both, from the campaign to the product page.
THE METHOD
Skin is built as a material, not retouched as a flaw: grain, subsurface, wet reflection, light transition. Glass, cream and reflections on the product follow the same logic, so face and product belong to the same world.
THE RESULT
A coordinated set of beauty portraits and product still life for campaign, e-commerce and social. Contemporary images the audience can believe, consistent across every format.
